Let’s be realistic. You cannot ‘manage’ time. It is not possible to make it slow down or go faster. What can be done is to maximise your efficiency within the time you have available. So, buying a watch that has a large display does not slow down time because the ‘hands’ must travel a bigger distance!

Your email is not a filing cabinet! Read, action and remove it from your inbox. Create folders for the email’s you have to keep and once you dealt with it, move it to the folder it belongs in. Getting flooded with email requests needs an action plan. If you can deal with it in two minutes, do it and get rid of the email. Don’t clutter your inbox with thousands of emails.
